Our Services

MRPsupport provides ERP implementation consulting services, including:

  • MRPeasy setup, configuration, and training
  • ERPNext implementation and customisation
  • Data migration and system integration
  • Ongoing support and consultation

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement are agreed upon separately in a written proposal or service agreement before work commences.

Submitting our contact form does not constitute a binding agreement or guarantee of services. All submissions are treated as expressions of interest only. We will respond to enquiries at our discretion and availability.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of MRPsupport and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

Any custom configurations, documentation, or materials we create for you during an engagement remain yours upon full payment of agreed fees.

Client Responsibilities

For consulting engagements, clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information about their business
  • Timely access to systems, data, and key personnel
  • Reviewing and approving deliverables within agreed timeframes
  • Ensuring their own backups of data before migration activities

Limitation of Liability

MRPsupport provides consulting services based on best-practice knowledge and reasonable care. However, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes from ERP implementations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MRPsupport's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by contract.

Confidentiality

We treat all client business information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your business data, processes, or commercially sensitive information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
