This Perth outdoor furniture retailer had grown from a single showroom into a 31-person operation with three retail locations, a trade wholesale arm, and an online store. But growth had come with a complexity tax: they were running MYOB for accounting, a separate inventory tool, a basic CRM spreadsheet, Shopify for e-commerce, and an outdated POS system in each store.
